Wholesome and Nutritious by NatureThe nutritious oat consists of four parts. The outermost layer is the hull, which is insoluble fiber and will be removed during processing and leaving oat groat. Bran is the out layer of groat, which is rich in soluble and insoluble fiber, B-vitamins and antioxidants. Follow by germ, which rich in vitamin B, protein, minerals and healthy fats. The most inner layer is endosperm, which contains carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and minerals.
